EXPANDS YOUR JAW

Training with JAWLINESS activates the face and neck muscles. However, the two most important muscle groups in the jaw consist of the masseter muscle and the temporalis muscle, as shown in our diagram.

Develop your jawbone

If you train these muscles regularly, you will achieve defined and angular facial features. Your facial muscles work like any other muscle in your body. With enough training, rest and nutrients they will grow and develop over time.

JAWLINESS FOR ALL

JAWLINESS can be used by all genders: women, men and non-binary people can train their jaw with JAWLINESS.

Provided you are over the age of 14 and have no medical conditions in that area or dental appliances. If you have jaw problems or are unsure if you can use JAWLINESS, ask your doctor or orthopedic surgeon before starting JAWLINESS training. Now that said, if you still go against any medical advice, we are in no way responsible for the risks you take. Our orthodontists strongly recommend not to exercise for more than 10-20 minutes every other day.

Food grade silicone is a type of non-toxic silicone that does not contain harmful materials or chemical by-products, making it safe to chew on. It is made of the same material as baby pacifiers.

EXERCISE JAWLINESS

INSTRUCTIONS

1. START TRAINING WITH LESS THAN 10MIN PER DAY

Take your JAWLINE SS , wash them with lukewarm water and place them on the molars: just start with one, on the right side for example. Be sure to place them between the last 2 teeth, chewing on the rough, curved surface.

- Be careful not to chew with the front teeth and canines, otherwise you will destroy the JAWLINE SS and may damage your teeth.

  1. Chew slowly

Chew slowly squeezing hard and hold for 1 second. Repeat this exercise until your jaw muscles get tired. This should take about a minute.

  1. Chew fast

Chew quickly but in a controlled manner for an additional minute.

  1. Switch sides

Now switch sides and place your JAWLINESS on the left side. Repeat the exercises you just did: one minute of slow chewing, one minute of fast chewing.

  1. Grab your second JAWLINESS

Take a short break of about 2 minutes. Relax. Feel your jaw muscles - they're on fire! - Now take your two JAWLINESS and place one on each side.

  1. Chew slowly

As you did before, chew slowly and hold. Only make controlled movements up and down - this is very important. Now that you are chewing with two JAWLINESS, it will be much more difficult. Repeat this exercise as long as you can ensure a clean execution (about 10-20 reps).

  1. Chew fast

Repeat the quick chew in an equally controlled up and down motion.

  1. Feel the difference

Look in the mirror and see the difference. You can almost see your jaw expand from the congestion. Practice this workout regularly and you'll get a really strong, masculine jawline, faster than you think - yeah!

  • Be careful not to chew with the canines at the risk of destroying the JAWLINE SS
  • Always chew the curved, rough side of the JAWLINESS (the logo should touch the inside of your cheeks)
  • Do no more than 5-10 minutes of intensive jaw training every other day!
